Women are still underrepresented in leadership positions. That is a pity, because companies with more female leadership make more profit, have higher employee satisfaction and better leadership efficiency. Women who work on the basis of their feminine qualities keep agreements better, can tolerate feedback well, give energy and inspiration to the team, keep an eye on individual interests and problems in addition to team interests, and achieve their goals more often.
